Terms of Service

Welcome to Eplexi, your source for premium acrylic products in Kuwait. These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on www.eplexionline.com and through our WhatsApp channel. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Eplexi sells wholesale and retail acrylic products, including display cases, gift and floral boxes, trays, cake toppers, organizers and custom-made designs. Our workshop is located in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait.

2. Orders

• Order confirmation: after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. An order is accepted once we confirm it.
• Prices: all prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Availability: if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Customized orders

• For custom sizes, colours, engraving or branding, contact us on WhatsApp at +965 5109 8585 or use the Customize button on the product page.
• Production starts only after you approve the final design and price.
• Once production has started, a customized order cannot be cancelled or changed.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos, images or designs you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline designs we consider offensive or unlawful.

4. Payment

We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Card and KNET payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait. Standard Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, and Express Delivery is usually within 24 hours, subject to availability and order confirmation. Customized orders need additional production time, which we will confirm with you. Full details and charges are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery. For verified claims you may choose a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or store credit. Customized items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the approved design. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Product appearance

Many of our products are finished by hand, so small variations in texture, colour or finish can occur. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

8. Privacy

We use your personal information to process orders, deliver products and provide support, and we share it only as described in our Privacy Policy, for example with Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners and marketing partners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eplexi's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kuwaiti consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Kuwait.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
