Shipping Policy
Eplexi delivers premium acrylic products to all areas of Kuwait, including homes, offices and shops. This policy explains delivery times, charges and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery options and charges

The final delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. We currently deliver within Kuwait only.
Order processing
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Kuwait time) are usually processed the same day.
- Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM, or on a non-working day or public holiday, are processed on the next working day.
- We will confirm your order and send delivery updates by WhatsApp or email.
Customized and personalized orders
Products made to order, such as custom sizes, colours, engraving, names or logo branding, need extra production time before delivery. This is usually 1–3 additional working days, and may be longer for complex designs or bulk orders. Pricing for custom work depends on the design. Our team will confirm the final price and timeline with you before production starts, and keep you updated at each stage.
Damaged, broken or incorrect items
We pack every order carefully. If your order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number, or the name used at checkout
- Clear photos or a video of the product and its original packaging
