FAQs

Is it safe to burn bukhoor in it?
Yes. The charcoal sits in the metal bowl, which protects the acrylic. Never place hot charcoal directly on acrylic.

What goes in the storage box?
Bakhoor, oud chips or charcoal tablets.

How do I care for the mirror finish?
Peel off the protective film before use, then wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid sprays and chemical cleaners on the mirror surface.
